Points Rules

Points are a virtual currency that can be earned by completing specific tasks and used to deduct from the order amount when placing an order.

How to Earn Points?

1. Order Payment

l When a user places an order and successfully pays, points will be awarded if the order amount reaches €9.99 or more.

l The point calculation rule is: for each eligible order, points will be awarded at a rate of 0.33 times the order amount.

l Awarding restrictions: Points will only be awarded to registered customers; unregistered users are not eligible to earn points.

2. Product Reviews

l Regular review: Share your user experience to earn 1 point.

l Review with photos: Share your user experience and upload photos to earn 3 points.

l Restrictions: Each person can receive point rewards twice per product, and points are awarded only to registered users; unregistered users are not eligible to earn points.

3. Customer Activities

l Customer registration: Register an account to receive 5 points.

l Customer subscription: Subscribe to our email updates to receive 3 points.

l Customer login: Log in to your account every day to receive 1 point.

How to Use Points

l Points are deducted immediately when used in an order (not after successful order payment). If the corresponding unpaid order is canceled, the points will be automatically refunded.

l Definition of the amount in order deduction:

① The product amount is based on the discounted product amount, i.e., = product price - discount - coupon;

② Order amount = product price - discount - coupon + product tax + shipping fee, excluding application-generated fees and payment processing fees.

l Applicable conditions: Point deduction is only valid when the order amount is ≥ €9.99. Orders below this amount cannot use point deduction.

l Deduction rule: 10 points can be used to deduct €1.00.

Important Note (Manual Processing): If the backend performs a "void" or "refund" operation on a paid order, the system will not automatically return the points used by the user to the user's account. The administrator needs to manually perform [Point Adjustment] in the backend to compensate the user for the points deducted due to order voiding/refund.
